Terms of Service

1. The service

Krevato is a service for businesses that writes, plans and publishes posts and stories to Facebook and Instagram with the help of AI, and analyses how the posts perform.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if someone has gained access to it without permission.

3. AI-created content

What Krevato writes and creates are suggestions that you are responsible for reviewing. If you turn on automatic publishing, posts are published without your review, and you are fully responsible for what is published.

4. Your content and people in images

You are responsible for having the right to use what you add to the service, such as images, logos and texts. If you add photos of people, those people must have agreed that the photos are used to create images; you confirm this for each photo. We process personal data in your content only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.

5. Facebook and Instagram

Krevato publishes through the Pages and accounts you connect. You must follow Meta’s terms for Facebook and Instagram. You can remove the connection at any time under Settings.

6. Intellectual property

Content that Krevato creates for your account belongs to you. You give Krevato the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service. Krevato’s platform, design and technology belong to Krevato.

7. Prices and payment

• Prices exclude VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe.
• Your first subscription has a 14-day trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
• The subscription renews automatically every month or year.
• If you change plan, the new plan applies at once, and the difference for the rest of the period is settled on the next invoice.
• No refunds are given for a period that has started.

8. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time under Settings. It runs to the end of the period; after that the account moves to the free plan and connected Facebook and Instagram accounts are disconnected. Your content stays until you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), when it is deleted at once.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or Meta’s terms.

9. Limitation of liability

Krevato is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service is always available or that AI-created content is free of errors. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid in the last 12 months.

10. Changes

If we change these terms we update the date above, and for material changes we tell you in advance by email or in the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
