1. Service Scope

Krevato provides an AI-powered platform for automated generation and publishing of social media content. The service includes text generation, image generation, scheduling and publishing to Facebook and Instagram.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity through your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI are suggestions that you are responsible for reviewing before publishing. Krevato is not responsible for content published without review. You may enable automatic publishing, but you bear full responsibility for published content.

4. Intellectual Property

Content generated by Krevato for your account belongs to you. You grant Krevato the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. Krevato's platform, design and technology belongs to Krevato.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings. No refunds are given for started periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

Krevato is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your account ends at the end of the current period. Data is deleted within 30 days after termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes are resolved by Swedish courts.
